With the Summer concert season right around the corner, it's no surprise that there are a ton of incredible shows all over Colorado this month! From intimate local shows to some of the first Red Rocks concerts of the season and some of the biggest up-and-comers playing small stages across the state, April is all about branching out and checking out some new music, and we have quite a few recommendations for you.

Even though we spent the month of March highlighting some of Colorado's best local artists, there are still a lot of bands and musicians that we weren't able to feature (and some that we think really deserve your love) so this month, we've chosen seven local and seven touring artists to check out! From SKYBURIAL and The Burial Plot at the tiny Seventh Circle Music Collective to Postcards' return to The Marquis, and The Still Tide and The Solid Ocean's EP release shows this month, there is no shortage of local artists playing across the state. Pepper in some of our most anticipated tour stops, like Pale WavesDashboard ConfessionalRipe and Hayley Kiyoko, and you've got one hell of a month ahead of you!

Who do you think we should check out this month? Let us know in the comments!
