Harvey Danger’s album Where have all the merrymakers gone? was originally released on July 29th, 1997 and catapulted the band to stardom in the late 90’s with the massive radio and video success of the band’s anthemic power-pop hit “Flagpole Sitta,” which helped sell over half a million copies of the album. Today, exactly 17 years later, the album is finally available on vinyl for the first time ever.
The vinyl version of Where have all the merrymakers gone? comes packaged in a gatefold jacket with a new take on the classic artwork, designed by band members Aaron Huffman, Evan Suit and Sean Nelson. Also included is a beautiful 11×11 insert with old photos and a 2,000+ word liner note written by Nelson, the band’s inimitable singer. The record is available on three colorways, including Orange, White and Clear (Retail Exclusive).
