In anticipation of the May 12 release of Fire in the Radio’s new record “Telemetry”, the Philly Indie rock band is releasing a series of interconnected “webisodes” featuring new songs off the album. The first episode (“Crickets”) premiered at Substream Magazine last month.
Today, the band is premiering its second installment entitled “The Equalizer” at Diffuser.fm.
This Tuesday, May 12th, Fire in the Radio will release “Telemetry” and kick off the following tour dates in support:
May 11 – Young Ones Records, Kutztown, PA (w/ Atlantic Avenue)
May 12 – The Boot and Saddle, Philadelphia, PA (w/ Hound, Three Man Cannon)
May 13 – The Low Beat, Albany, NY (w/ The Orange)
May 14 – Bug Jar, Rochester, NY (w/ Iron Chic)
May 16 – Horseshoe Tavern, Toronto, ON (w/ Knapsack)
May 17 – Pouzza Fest, Montreal, QB (w/ Knapsack)
The tour includes a record release show in Philly at the Boot and Saddle, which Philly Weekly called on of the “Top 10 shows of the week” and a pair of Canadian dates supporting Knapsack, including a performance at this year’s annual Pouzza Fest in Montreal.
