The Stolen have released "Change The Record," the first single off of their forthcoming EP which is due out early 2019 via Revival Recordings. The track was co-produced by guitarist Rob Chiarappa and Brody Greif (Knuckle Puck, The Movielife, Crime In Stereo), mixed by Rob Chiarappa, and mastered by Robin Schmidt (Biffy Clyro, Wolf Alice, The Vaccines).

"I rewrote the entire song to be about the feeling of complacency and contention with life," explains guitarist and songwriter Rob Chiarappa. "The feeling of accepting you're in a spot you may not want to be or surrounded by a situation that's not the best for you, yet you still stick through hoping things will change."

The groove-driven track has a sense of irony with an uplifting feel and cheerful melodies, yet lyrically lethargic.
