Lowell, Massachusetts-based indie pop group, Phil Cambra & the Space Cadets have released the music video for their latest single, “Make You Mine” today! Watch the vibrant music video, directed by Sean Strelow & Trey Braheem now below.
Of the track, Phil Cambra said, “‘Make You Mine’ is a song for the music lover who embraces many styles. I find it difficult to pinpoint the overall sound of the song because it cycles through sections of jazz, pop, rock, and Latin influences. Without being overwhelming or misguided, this blend of styles complements the racing emotions that are displayed through the lyrics, and personify the familiar feelings that one goes through when dealing with a crush and earnestly trying to win them over.”
Phil Cambra is a Lowell-based songwriter who stays true to his own brand of pop music. Blending various elements of r&b, rock, jazz, and pop into one cohesive sound, Cambra sets himself apart from his peers. Cambra’s current project, Phil Cambra & the Space Cadets, has been consistently performing in the Lowell area for over a year and has multiple releases slated for 2019. The latest single, “Make You Mine” perfectly showcases Cambra’s wide range of songwriting abilities and shows promise for the rest of the year!
